OUR TEAM
Our team is composed of over 40 full time employees and managers (excluding sales partners), all equipped with a high level of training and expertise in their respective fields. Each member brings a unique set of skills, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where innovation thrives. Our organization consists of the following departments:

SALES
Our sales team comprises of 10 permanent sales staff complemented by over 30 sales partners, 2 sales managers, a product manager providing support across all provinces of South Africa as well as Swaziland, Botswana and Namibia.
OPERATIONS
FINANCE
LOGISTICS
Our logistics division is run 18 hours a day by 2 managers assisting 6 full-time shift drivers and fleet vehicles spanning 3 provinces.
QUALITY
Our quality division has 2 full time managers controlling a team of 4 permanent quality staff. This division oversees everything from product evaluation to regulatory approvals, including the maintenance of our ISO:13485 system.
WAREHOUSING
ADMIN / CUSTOMER SERVICE
At Royal Ortho, customer service comes first. Our customer service department 2 permanent managers assisting a team of 6 permanent customer service advisors.
